The exchange and / or return period is 15 days from when you receive your order.
- Click on MY ACCOUNT
- Click on ORDER HISTORY and DETAILS
- Select "DETAILS" of the order you want to change or return
- Select the PRODUCTS you want to exchange or return
- In MERCHANDISE RETURNS write what you need, new size, color or the reason for return
- Click on return or change size
If you want to make an EXCHANGE AND RETURN AT THE SAME TIME, select the products and in comments explain which products you return and which you change and the new size or color you need.
You will receive a confirmation email of your request with the following instructions:
To make an exchange: Send the shoes you want to exchange to Minishoes. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. We send you the new shoes for FREE, when the ones you want to change arrive in their original box and in perfect condition.
Return: Send the shoes to Minishoes. The customer bears the shipping costs.
El reembolso del dinero se hará en un plazo máximo de 7 días desde que recibimos el zapato.

- Shipping costs for the 2nd exchang e and / or return of an order are borne by the customer.
- No changes or refunds are allowed in the accessories and accessories section.
- The shipping costs for an exchange or return in the Mini-Deals section are borne by the customer.
