We offer a messenger service that will deliver the order within 3-4 working days from Monday through Friday.
Shipping costs and returns are FREE in the United Kingdom. The following are exceptions: the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

In the event that the rate for the country that interests you does not appear, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as possible.
In this case, the messenger service would contact the client at the telephone number provided.If they cannot contact you, they will leave a note and will try to deliver it again in a few days.
In any event, we deliver the order to the address you provide when finishing your order. In other words, we can send it to your office or whichever address you prefer...
What happens if the order is defective or incomplete when it arrives?
If the package is ruined when it is delivered, please check to ensure that this did not affect your order. If it is damaged, the client must provide this information on the transport company's delivery note, and also write an email to email@example.com
We know that sometimes the same foot size changes from one model to the next, some being larger than others.
This is why we have added a size guide to each model with specific measurements in centimetres for the model.
1- Click on Shop and select the category you want to see (Babies, Girls, Boys, Mammy & Me...).
2- Click the product that you like, select the size and click on PURCHASE. It automatically appears in your shopping basket. Click confirm.
3- Enter your information is you are not yet registered, or if you are registered, just by entering your email and password you will access your account.
4- Select the payment method (bank card, PayPal or bank transfer) and confirm your order. The payment platform you have selected will then appear.
You will receive an email confirming your order and all details for your reference. In four steps, we will reach you. It's just that fast and easy!
Note: If you would like to modify or cancel your order, you just have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
You can make an order with no need to register, but being registered at www.minishoekids.com is just another advantage when making your order, since you don't have to enter your personal information again for future purchases.
Once registered, just enter your email and your password and you will access Your Account, where you can see your order history, change your personal information...
MINISHOES offers different payment methods for your comfort, in addition to maximum security throughout the entire purchase process. You may choose from the following options:
Credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard). This is the fastest and easiest payment method. The payment is made in real time, through the corresponding financial entity's payment platform, once it is confirmed that the information is correct. MINISHOES does not have access to the client's bank information, nor is their information recorded, since the purchase is completely secure.
Bank Transfer: If you select this option, your order will be sent once we receive the transfer at our bank (BBVA). In other words, you will receive it within 24-48 hours after reception of the transfer. Our account number is: 0182 0450 14 0201630737. We recommend putting your order number in the transfer description.

The day after letting us know, our transport agency will pick up the package at the address where it was delivered (we can also collect it at another address if you tell us in the email or by phone) and we will send you the new size or return the amount that you paid.
To exchange or return, you must return the products in perfect state, unused and in the original packaging.
